TS66 Casement Window Systems
Overview
The TS66 casement system is an eco friendly, sustainable and fully energy rated aluminium window system. This is one of the few aluminium window systems which have achieved the highest rating possible and is listed on the BFRC web site. It has recently been awarded the BM trada Q Mark after undergoing some very rigorous testing and now also meets all the requirements of secure by design.
The system offers a variety of framing profiles ranging from 52 to 73mm in height providing excellent choice and versatility.
Available energy labels range from a 'C' rating with a double glazed units to an 'A' rating with a triple glazed units and U-values as low as 1.0 W/m2K. The use of our patented therm strip, multi-chamber isolator core technology was crucial in the process of achieving such outstanding results and yet again proves the advantages of polyurethane resin with therm strip applications.
The system, which is 66mm in depth, can be glazed both internally and externally with units from 28mm to 48mm.
Sash options include: Top hung, side hung, parallel opening, horizontal pivot, vertical pivot, tilt and turn.
The system is available in single colour, twin colour or in one of our 14 in-house Decoral wood finishes.

- Air Classification - A4: 600 Pa & E1050 (1050 PA).
- Water Tightness – 9A, 600 Pa & also E1050: (1050 Pa).
- Wind Resistance - 5A: 2400 Pa.

Security
- Tested to BS 7950, Specification for enhanced security performance of windows.
