TS66 Rebated Door System
Overview
The TS66 energy door system is a technically superior door system which offers excellent thermal performance and is available with multiple threshold options. The system is 66mm in depth and combines polyurethane resin with a-multi chamber isolator core which assist in meeting the thermal requirements of the current building regulations.
It has recently been awarded the BM trada Q Mark after undergoing some very rigorous testing and now also meets all the requirements of secure by design.
The system can be glazed internally or externally with units ranging from 28mm to 48mm. The system is available with heavy duty door sash options to achieve higher and wider door leaf combinations.
On double doors the system can have a rebated meeting stile offering a master and slave option. We have further developed an 'any open door' stile which allows both leafs to be mastered should that be required. The system offers internally beaded options on all doors whether open in or open out and can achieve door u-values as low as 1.8 W/m2K.
The system is available in single colour, twin colour or in one of our 14 in-house Decoral wood finishes.

Weather
- Tested to BS 6375-1 2009, and Pas 23 – 1:1999.
- Air Classification – 4: 600Pa
- Water Tightness - E750: (750 Pa).
- Wind Resistance – E2400: (2400 Pa).
Thermal
- The TS66 door system can achieve U-values as low as 1.8 W/m2K, contact our technical department for further information and project specific U-value calculations
Security
- Tested to Pas 24:2007 + A1:2009, Enhanced security performance requirements for door assemblies.
