TS66 energy casement / tilt & turn window system
AMS can now offer customers and specifiers a range of highly energy efficient and fully energy rated aluminium window systems. This is one of the few aluminium window systems which have achieved the highest rating possible and is listed on the BFRC web site. (BFRC website).Available energy labels range from a 'C' rating with a double glazed unit to an 'A' rating with a triple glazed unit and U-values as low as 1.0 W/m2K. The use of AMS 'patented' therm strip, multi-chamber isolator core, technology was crucial in the process of achieving such outstanding results and yet again proves the advantages of polyurethane resin with therm strip applications.
The system which is 66mm in depth is available with a variety of sash options & can be internally or externally beaded.
The suite of profiles have short, long, equal leg and unequal leg sections to accommodate all anticipated framing options. The system can be glazed both internally and externally with 28mm through to 48mm units and can be side hung, top hung open out configurations or tilt and turn.
What AMS is offering is a highly versatile, highly energy efficient, window system with an official energy rating certificate and excellent weather performance characteristics. AMS customers can avail of these labels directly without having to go through a separate process of auditing & testing.

TS46 casement / tilt & turn window system
The AMS Thermstrip TS46 window system offers unique patented architectural design features combined with market leading thermal performance.
This thermally broken casement window system combine's polyurethane resin with an multi-chamber isolator core which assists in meeting and exceeding the thermal requirements of the current building regulations and can achieve U-values as low as 1.75 W/m2K. The system is 46mm in depth and can accommodate 11, 24 or 28mm units.
The system is available with a variety of sash options & can be internally or externally beaded.
The suite of profiles have short, long, equal leg and unequal leg sections to accommodate all anticipated framing options. Various other profiles can be designed and incorporated allowing architects to achieve flexible project specific designs. The system can be glazed both internally and externally with 24mm or 28mm double glazed units and can be side hung, top hung open out configurations or tilt and turn.
