Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication Workshop

AMS have recently opened a precision sheet metal fabrication workshop specialising in aluminium fabrication. With over 10 years’ experience in this field we have the dedication and knowledge to cater for all our customers requirements. We pride ourselves in the production of quality fabricated pressings and ensure customers’ needs and delivery times are to the forefront of operation.

Types of services we offer include:

Pressed aluminium cills:

These are suitable for almost every building project, especially external wall insulation jobs. Welded corners and bay window cills are easily fabricated.

Insulated glazing panels:

The standard sizes for these are 24mm and 28mm. Other sizes are catered for and subject to availability.

Window flashings:

These include cill, head and cill flashings which can also be insulated.

Head cappings:

We can fabricate these up to 4mts long. They also come with joint plates and fixing clips.

These are just some of the examples of what we do and as time goes on our range of products is sure to expand. With our on-site state of the art powder coating facilities we can offer a very fast turnaround to meet our customers’ needs.
