AMS is committed to a Lean approach to its business and supports a range of Lean innovations across the production site.
AMS’s Lean programme is focused on the following objectives:

To date we have run over 40 projects across the site focusing on these objectives . We have run Green belt and Yellow belt Lean Sigma courses for our staff and consistently encourage Lean thinking and innovation. The Lean programme feeds into the ISO management systems in helping to achieve objectives and targets agreed during management reviews.
