Overview

AMS offer a wide range of Architectural polyester powder coating finishes for the construction industry. Powder finishes are guaranteed through the ‘Qualicoat’ approved applicator scheme of which AMS is a continuing member.

Vertical paint line

The vertical paint line is an incredibly efficient method of applying powder coatings onto mill finish aluminium. It has a 90 percent recovery rate of powder and the ability to paint over 3000 profiles in an 8 hour shift, which is a huge improvement over the industry standard. The vertical paint line has the facility to paint profiles up to 7.3m in length and can effect a colour change in only 4 minutes, making it the most efficient method of powder coating aluminium profile systems.

Horizontal paint line

The horizontal paint line has the facility of painting aluminium sheets and flashings, as well as section profiles with lengths up to 7.0m. This service has proven very beneficial to many customers as both profiles and pressings can be painted in the one facility guaranteeing quality and finish every time.
