To achieve our objectives our Quality Policy is to Extrude/Powder Coat and Fabricate a range of products for the manufacture of doors, windows, patios, facades and other products to existing and new customers on a ‘Right First Time’ basis. We believe this policy will ensure high quality products and services at competitive prices to our customers.
The quality policy provides a framework whereby processes in the company are identified and reviewed regularly as part of the development of the business.
Objectives are set for each of the identified processes with a view to continual improvement. The company is committed to providing the necessary resources to achieve these objectives.
We will ensure customer satisfaction by the constant application of these standards through:

The above policy is supported by the Management and Directors of AMS who commit the necessary resources in operating, controlling, maintaining and continually improving the QMS and ensuring that objectives can be achieved. Appropriate programmes are set up to achieve our objectives and are reviewed at Quality team meetings and management review.
