On most building projects, pressed aluminium cills are the first line of defence against water ingress and weather tightness, we pride ourselves in the production of high quality, accurate cills which are also offered with welded corners, end caps, straps, joint plates to detailed project specifications.
The standard sizes for these are 24mm and 28mm. Other sizes are catered for and subject to availability.
These include cill, head and cill flashings with various degrees of bends, folds and welds. It is also possible to have these types of pressings insulated.
We can fabricate these up to 4mts long. They also come with joint plates and fixing clips for ease of installation and improved weather tightness.
