Our highly skilled sheet metal team employs state-of-the-art machinery to craft an extensive range of components, including pressings, flashings, head cappings, and insulated glazing panels. Furthermore, we are dedicated to meeting bespoke requirements with precision and expertise.
Pressed aluminium cills:
Pressed aluminium cills are the first line of defence against water ingress and weather stresses. We pride ourselves in the production of high quality, precision-engineered cills. Tailoring our offerings to detailed project specifications, we provide a range of enhancements such as welded corners, end caps, straps, and joint plates.
Insulated glazing panels:
Standard sizes for insulated glazing panels include 24mm and 28mm, with flexibility for other sizes, subject to availability.
Window flashings:
Our window flashings encompass cill, head, and cill flashings featuring a variety of bends, folds, and welds. Additionally, we offer the option to insulate these pressings for enhanced thermal performance.
Head cappings:
We can fabricate these up to 4 metres long and provide joint plates and fixing clips for ease of installation and improved weather tightness.

- Polyester Powder Coatings ensure your designs to come to life with a wide choice of paint colours and finishes. As a ‘Qualicoat’ approved applicator, we offer a range of architectural polyester powder coating finishes, all carried out in-house. - Anodising; a surface finish that not only protects against corrosion but also enhances aesthetic qualities. Our anodising plant and process are certified by Qualanod, meeting the high standards demanded by architectural firms. Choose from an array of finishes, including Silver, Champagne, Light Bronze, Medium Bronze, Dark Bronze, and Black.
