In-house Fabrication Services
Overview
AMS offers customers turn-key aluminium fabrication services including unglazed windows, doors and ground floor treatments, while facade systems are supplied in kit form, ready for site assembly. Through major investment in personnel, machinery and tooling, AMS has now become a market leader in the assembly of semi-finished products and aluminium fabrication.
AMS prides itself in accurate scheduling, provision of customer support and on time delivery which allowed AMS to provide a top-class service to its customers. Our dedicated fabrication department can help ease the demands on our customers production capabilities when required.
AMS embraces a smart fabrication process which uses Logikal software to drive our manufacturing process. Files are electronically sent from the office to our Emmegi saws and CNC machines which streamlines & speeds up the cutting & machining aspects of the process.
In November 2018 AMS’s commitment to future growth and development was again demonstrated with the opening of our new purpose built 33,000 square foot fabrication facility and increased our production team to over thirty-five highly skilled and motivated fabricators.

AMS now offers the service of curving an extensive range of our own sections. We can curve profiles on both plan and elevation in a multitude of different radii.

Engineering
In 2018 AMS invested in a state-of-the-art CNC 4-axis-milling machine to aid in the in-house manufacturing of complimentary assembly components and small parts. This gives our customers the option of purchasing finished parts rather then buying the extrusion and sending it elsewhere to be cut & machined. This is yet another step in our aim to have total control over all the associated processes in-house so that we can give our customers the best possible products, service and experience from start to finish.
