Our cutting department provides customers with the option of having their orders cut to specific lengths if required. Computerised cleat cutting saws & double mitre saws allow for the precision cutting of aluminium parts and profiles ranging in size from 4mm up to 8 metres, which gives the option of purchasing cut parts which are ready to go directly to the production floor.
Jobs with multiple lengths & large quantities are optimised using LogiKal to calculate the optimum bar-length and the most efficient way to process the order with the least amount of waste.
Digital measuring devices & QC checks ensure that the tight cutting tolerances are both met & recorded at the time of processing the order.
