AMS’ aluminium T&G Panel provides a long term sustainable solution to externally fixed timber products often placed within modern facades. It has visual face width options of 45mm 90 mm & 180 mm and the planks have a concealed fixing in the underside to give a timber tongue and groove cladding finish. Additional options include a 91mm and 191mm planks that give a shadow gap as well as a 150mm wave plank.
AMS’ aluminium T&G (Togue & Groove) cladding is an external profile configuration that provides a long-term solution where externally fixed timber products are aesthetically required for design. Visual face width options of 45, 90 and 180 mm contain a concealed fixing detail to give an unobstructed tongue and groove cladding finish. Various trimming options are available for a neat and clean perimeter/interface finish.
Offers the T&G look similar to timber tongue and grooving but without the maintenance demands of timber systems.

All polyester powder coating is carried out in-house on a state-of-the-art vertical paint line. Our eight stage chromate free pre-treatment process meets all of the latest environmental legislation and ensures a quality finish and service every time.
- Available in standard RAL colour and can also have Decoral' wood finish applied. Please refer to AMS Technical Department as to the suitability of finish for exterior application. Colours may vary per batch and vary to the colours shown in the colour wheel below
