As the only sublimation applicator in Ireland, AMS utilises the Decoral System to apply wood-like and rust-like finishes to aluminium. Sublimation emerges as an excellent coating option for aluminium profiles, especially when the goal is to achieve visually appealing yet lightweight structures. Unlike wooden structures, which can be naturally heavy and prone to warping, splitting, and rot over time, aluminium proves to be a lightweight and durable alternative.
The Decoral System® applies wood-like and diverse surface finishes including rust effects to aluminium profiles and sheet metal.
For large quantities, our capabilities extend to applying bespoke finishes. The foundation of our coating process lies in the application of a powder base coating through our chrome-free paint lines. The intricate grain and effects are achieved using specialised equipment from our Italian suppliers, Decoral®.
With an array of up to 25 in-house colours, we redefine the norm by introducing unique hues that add a distinctive touch beyond conventional RAL colours or typical timber products.
