Our vertical paint line offers an efficient approach to applying powder coatings onto mill finish aluminium. With a 90 percent powder recovery rate, this system is capable of seamlessly painting over 4000 profiles within an 8-hour shift—a significant advancement beyond industry standards. With the capability to paint profiles up to 7.3 meters in length and effect a colour change in just 4 minutes, our vertical paint line it the most efficient method of powder coating aluminium profile systems.
Our horizontal paint line is equipped to powder coat aluminium sheets, flashings, and section profiles with lengths extending up to 7.0 meters. This streamlined service offers significant advantages to our customers, ensuring both profiles and pressings undergo painting in a single facility, guaranteeing unmatched quality and finish on every occasion.
