As Ireland’s only aluminium extruder, AMS operates three high-capacity automated press lines designed for precision and scale. By managing the entire extrusion cycle in-house at our Cork facility, we provide a seamless transition from standard systems to bespoke, high-tolerance custom profiles. Our vertically integrated process allows for precision-engineered, non-standard lengths optimising supply chain efficiency for large-scale commercial contracts
With a production output exceeding 15,000 tonnes per annum, AMS provides the industrial capacity required for Ireland’s largest infrastructure and commercial projects. Our vertically integrated facility in Cork ensures that every millimetre of extruded alloy undergoes precision T4, T5, or T6 heat treatment to reach peak structural temper before moving to our in-house finishing suites.
We offer a number of different alloys in the 6000 range.
We source high-grade, low-carbon billet and integrate 100% of our production scrap back into the circular economy. AMS empower customers and specifiers to drastically reduce the embodied carbon of their projects. Our certified Post Consumer Scrap and Low-Carbon Primary ranges offer a transparent, third-party verified pathway to Green Building certification.
